Apparently Bush wanted a little less sunlight during Halloween so the Energy Policy Act of 2005 mandates new Daylight Saving Time parameters for US Time Zones beginning in 2007 (that is this year for all of you still using 2006 on your checks) Clocks will be set ahead on the 2nd Sunday of March and set-back the 1st Sunday of November.
All Windows computers must have modifications made to the Registry in order to comply with the new parameters. Microsoft is providing fixes for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 ONLY. Microsoft will NOT be providing fixes for Windows XP Service Pack 1, Windows 2000, Windows NT4, Windows ME, Windows 98, Windows 95 – either way Armageddon is upon us, run to the hills!
In other news, the one guy in Ohio who is running Windows ME has finally surrendered and switched to Apple System 7 – go Buckeyes!
